The working principle of solar photovoltaic inverter is the key link in the solar photovoltaic power generation system. It converts the DC electricity generated by photovoltaic panels into AC power in order to synchronize with the power grid and enter the home or industrial power system.
The following will explain its working principles in detail, mainly including 5 aspects:
(1) The photovoltaic battery plate converts the sun to DC power through the photoelectric effect. This process occurs on the semiconductor material in the photovoltaic battery board. When the sun is illuminated to the surface of the semiconductor, the photon stimulates the electrons in the semiconductor to form an electron-cave pap, which will generate a DC current.
(2) DC current transmits to the micro inverter through the cable. The core component of the micro -inverter is to control IC, which is responsible for collecting voltage and current information of solar panels. After the simulation operation, this information generates a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal to control the switch frequency and duty cycle of the switching and switching tube of the IGBT (insulating grid bipolar) switch.
(3) Driven by the PWM signal, the IGBT switch cuts the current generated by the DC power supply and converts the output of the power supply. In this process, the micro inverter will adjust the output voltage and frequency according to the standard voltage and frequency of the grid to ensure that it is matched with the home or commercial power grid.
(4) Mini inverters also have the function of the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) function. By monitoring the output voltage and current of photovoltaic panels, MPPT technology can ensure that the maximum possible power can be extracted from photovoltaic panels, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the entire photovoltaic system.
(5) AC power generated by the micro inverter is connected to the grid through the grid interface for family and industrial power. At the same time, the micro -inverter also has the function of automatic operation and stopping, and the automatic protection function of the power grid voltage is unstable or power off, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire system.
In summary, the working principle of solar photovoltaic micro -inverters involves multiple links such as photovoltaic conversion, DC power conversion, maximum power point tracking, and grid synchronization grid. Through the coordinated work of these links, solar photovoltaic inverters can effectively convert solar energy into available AC power to provide green and renewable energy for home and industrial electricity.
